Timid, but friendly little guy found off Purdy St & Hazard Ave

Timid, but friendly little guy found off Purdy St & Hazard Ave in Westminster. He was found with a black doggie sweater that states my “My People skills are ruff”. The finders found him Friday night and after making posts and asking neighbors in the area to now success, he was brought here. Impound number A-3149.
