Riri came into the vet hospital as a 4 week old puppy that was going to be drowned September 4, 2010. Had he been sent to the Westminster’s city shelter in 2010, he would have been euthanized because he had tested positive for parvo. We opened WAGS in July 2011! He was the reason we opened WAGS!
