UPDATE: Celia has been adopted!!!I
Its not ALL about cats today, meet Celia, she is 2-3 good with other dogs. She is shy at first but warms up quickly. She has been in foster with her 3 puppies who are now old enough to be adopted. Celia is ready for a furever home as well! Celia is spayed, microchipped and current on vaccinations.
