Hoover has been abandoned several times which obviously has left him with separation anxiety and Josh is his “person” so its hard to crop him out. Hoover needs somebody that that is around a lot or can take him everywhere. He is playful and energetic and VERY affectionate. He gets passed over in his kennel for excessive barking (but he’s really asking for you to stop and get him out becsuse he doesn’t want to be alone). If you think you might be his “new person” or know somebody looking for a best friend, Hoover is your guy!
