In case there is a question…can a city pull back or pause an RFP process? Yes, it is written in the RFP as a city’s option. It isn’t out of the realm of realistic requests from the citizens and WAGS to ask the City of Westminster to hold off right now on the RFP regarding Animal Control Services until the city’s leadership is resolved and council members, manager and assistant city manager are in positions that support long term decision making which impacts the citizens and the animal population.
