Belle 9 year old female Bassett Hound

Belle 9 year old female Bassett Hound has been lost since yesterday morning. She was not chipped and was not wearing tags. She had a whitish collar on at the time and is missing patches of fur on back and tail. Cross streets are Katella and Knott.
