#2 CALL TO ACTION

#2 CALL TO ACTION
Keeping the contract for Animal Care Services for the cities of Westminster and Stanton is extremely important to us &, by the outpouring of support we’ve received so far, is important to the community as well. But we realize that it is a small issue in the eyes of the city. As we stated earlier, we are terrified of being lost in the ever changing chaos of the city of Westminster and its officials. Another fear is due to impending recalls of 3 of the 5 City Council Members, that there are only a couple of members on the board with any long term investment in the future of the city. The others might not be there 30 days after the decision is made on the Animal Care Service vendor RFP on March 11th. They may not care about what happens to the city or its vendors. We would love your opinions/thoughts on how best to proceed during this tumultuous time. We arent looking for angry protests. We are just trying to ensure that the animals welfare is not being lost in the city’s turmoil. We will continue to push the “Stop the RFP Process” with the Governor as our primary message for our CALL TO ACTION, but what are your thoughts? #wagspetadoption #shelterlife #helpushelpthem #community #Westminster #westminsterca #westminstercityhall #westminstercalifornia #westminsterpolicedepartment
